Boarding & Inpatient Care

Boarding and inpatient care: comfort away from home

Boarding and inpatient care: comfort away from home

We care for pets while owners travel and for patients needing ongoing medical attention. Separate dog and cat wards are temperature-controlled and kept clean around the clock, with close attention from staff and veterinarians.

Separate spaces for calm and comfort

Cats need a quiet environment, while dogs benefit from more space. Separate, well-ventilated accommodation supports hygiene and helps reduce stress.

Facilities and care in our wards

During a health examination and treatment, the veterinarian checks different body systems to assess your pet's overall health, including:

  • Separate dog and cat wards: Reducing stress from sounds and smells
  • Round-the-clock air conditioning: A comfortable, clean environment
  • Medical care for inpatients: Fluids, scheduled medication and regular monitoring
  • Daily cleaning and disinfection: Veterinary-grade disinfectants suitable for pets
  • Meals and water according to instructions: Owners can bring a pet's prescribed diet for staff to provide
  • Daily updates: Photos and condition updates shared with owners online
  • Veterinary team available for emergencies: Prompt attention if your pet's condition changes

Boarding requirements

For every pet's safety, boarded animals must have completed their core vaccinations, have tick and flea prevention and be free of serious contagious disease during an infectious stage. Owners may bring familiar toys or bedding.
